Power Pilates is a modern, full-body strengthening class that combines the core of classic Pilates with effective muscle conditioning training. The workout is done with body weight and, in varying degrees, with the help of a Pilates ball, dumbbells and elastic bands.
The training is not limited to the floor – movements are also performed in a standing position, which effectively activates large muscle groups. The class is intense, versatile and dynamic, offering a suitable challenge. Multidimensional movements simultaneously develop strength, mobility, control and body awareness.
Power Pilates strengthens deep support muscles in particular, improves upright posture and increases body control. Different difficulty levels are offered for each movement so that participants can train according to their own abilities – safely and with motivation.
